The Role

We are seeking an Operational Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role combines elements of business analysis and management consulting. You'll analyse business operations, identify performance gaps, and help shape strategic improvements using data, technology, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the strategic position of businesses and their relationships with markets and stakeholders Analyse operational data to assess performance, efficiency, and potential areas for growth Present clear insights and recommendations to improve the company's strategic position and internal structure Evaluate communication methods, IT tools, and process workflows to identify areas for innovation and automation Support the adoption of new standards, certifications, and performance frameworks Develop dashboards and data reports using Excel, Power BI, and similar tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making
Requirements

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Strong experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI (or similar data visualisation tools) Knowledge of SQL or data modelling (preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Background in business analysis, operations, or management consulting (advantageous)
