To provide security services and ensure a safe and friendly environment for all Clients, customers and staff. To work in a team as a Security Supervisor assisting the Security Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Work to the values of the company mission and vision statement
Provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction
Deal with conflict and diffuse situations as they arise
Deal with emergencies and liaise with Site Manager/PSNI if necessary
Report all incidents, accidents and emergencies
Regular Health & Safety Checks of all areas
Provide an open and consistent communication interface between the client and management
Fully aware of all emergency and evacuation procedures
Liaise with the Client and management in the absence of Site Manager
Manage the team and deal with any issues appropriately in the absence of Site Manager
Other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time
NATURE OF WORK:
Working as Supervisor alongside Site Manager in a team providing security services
Successfully managing the team, dealing with issues appropriately as they arise
General security duties
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have the ability to manage people and deal with issues when they arise
The provision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role
Open and honest communication
Accountability and role ownership
Practical and logical approach to problem solving
Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively
Ability to provide quality customer service
Must have a professional manner to deal with difficult, sometimes stressful situations
ESSENITAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid SIA Licence
Visa enabling the holder to work in the UK on a full-time basis
Fluent English
