Registered Manager responsibilities
with broader
operational leadership
across a dynamic and evolving service. You'll play a critical role in guiding the home through regulatory excellence, staff development, and impactful care outcomes.
The Role
As the
Registered Manager
, you will be the named individual with
CQC responsibility
for the cluster of homes, ensuring they meet and exceeds care standards. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee compliance, and deliver truly person-centred care for young adults navigating transition and independence.
As the
Operational Lead
, you will go beyond the day-to-day, working with senior leadership to drive performance, quality, and positive outcomes across the service.
Key Responsibilities
Hold
CQC registration
and ensure the homes operate in full compliance with care standards.
Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality support to young adults with emotional, behavioural, or mental health needs.
Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and daily operations.
Drive occupancy, performance, and quality assurance within the service.
Build strong relationships with professionals, commissioners, and families.
Manage resources, rotas, staffing and budgets effectively.
Promote a culture of learning, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
About You
? Experienced in managing in a CQC-registered care setting.
? Qualified to
Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care
.
? Skilled in leading teams, handling safeguarding, and managing regulatory compliance.
? Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
? Flexible, resilient, and ready to lead by example.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
