Working Hours:

40 hours per week (flexible including weekends and holidays)

Job Purpose:



To manage the daily operations of the Farm Spa and Holiday Lodge, ensuring a high standard of guest service, smooth coordination between departments (hospitality, spa, housekeeping, maintenance, and activities), and the efficient use of resources. This role ensures an exceptional and memorable guest experience while maintaining compliance, health and safety, and the overall brand vision of the business.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the day-to-day running of the holiday lodges, spa facilities, reception, guest services, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and guest satisfaction across all areas. Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff across multiple departments. Implement and maintain operational systems, health & safety procedures, and industry regulations (including spa and hospitality compliance). Manage guest bookings, schedules, check-ins/check-outs, and feedback resolution to ensure an excellent customer journey. Monitor spa treatment schedules and ensure therapists meet service delivery standards. Work with marketing and reservations teams to drive occupancy, special events, and seasonal promotions. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and property upkeep. Manage operational budgets, cost control, and ordering while maximising profitability. Lead on guest feedback analysis and implement continuous improvements in facilities and services. Contribute to business development initiatives including eco-tourism, wellness programs, or farm-based experiences.

Person Specification:



Essential:



Proven experience in operations management within hospitality, leisure, spa, or tourism. Strong leadership and team coordination skills across various functions. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for guest experience and well-being. Practical knowledge of health & safety, spa regulations, and hospitality standards. Experience managing budgets, schedules, staff rotas, and supplier relationships. Hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems efficiently and calmly.

Desirable:



Qualification in Hospitality Management, Spa Operations, or similar. Experience working in a rural, eco-tourism, or luxury lodge environment. Familiarity with booking and PMS systems. Knowledge of farm-based operations or nature-based retreat management.

Additional Information:



On-site accommodation may be available. Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons. Driving licence required due to rural location.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 31,500.00-35,000.00 per month
