We are delighted to be recruiting for a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to provide strategic and operational leadership to our Children's Therapy Services which currently contains a portfolio of:
Occupational Therapy
Physiotherapy
Speech and Language Therapy
Dietetics
The successful applicant will ensure continued and co-ordinated service delivery and development, including high quality evidence based and integrated approaches.
To ensure that specialist children's therapy services are provided according to best practice, in partnership with service users and partner agencies, working as part of a multi-agency system.
To ensure that services are delivered in accordance with national and local policies, priorities and regulatory frameworks and meets all performance targets. To oversee that reporting requirements to commissioners are met.
To provide leadership and management to the service and lead a senior team comprising of team managers and senior clinicians. To operate as a member of the operational leadership team and as part of the Trust senior manager out of hours on-call duty system.
Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings. Our services include community health care such as district nursing and speech and language therapy, care for people with learning disabilities and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing and therapies. Our multidisciplinary teams look after people of all ages and we work in close partnership with other parts of the NHS, local councils and the voluntary sector and through our new provider collaboratives.
