As an Operational & Quality Support Assistant, your role would be to assist both the Quality Manager and the Operations Department by undertaking general administrative duties, dealing with customer enquiries, inputting accurate case information onto our systems, managing exhibits, undertaking quality assurance activities and contributing to the continual improvement of our quality management system. You will work with the Senior Management Team to ensure that examinations are completed and returned within agreed turnaround times.
Requirements
Applicants must be over the age of 18 to be considered for this role. Due to the highly sensitive nature of our work, security clearance is required. A mandatory requirement for which is 5-years continuous residency in the UK. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. There is a GCSE requirement of Grade C minimum in English Language and Mathematics. Full training will be provided.
