As Operational Support, you will provide administrative assistance directly to executives or teams/departments in the organization, exercising confidentiality and tact. You will prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes, etc. Operational Support will maintain files, records, calendars and coordinate meeting arrangements. Participating in the development and implementation of administrative standards, policies and practices for the organization.
What you'll be doingProvide administration and management support within all areas of the business
Manage all correspondence and communication within the business
Production and delivery of reports and management information within agreed timescales
Liaison with external suppliers and other business areas
Printing and collation of information to assist in the generation of work packs
Contribute as an effective team member
Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed
Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on particular issues as they arise
Work towards a zero accident culture
What you will bringPlanning and Organising skills
Excellent communication skills
All-round administrative experience
Working knowledge of Business IT systems
Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills
Developed Customer Service skills
Familiarity with MS suite of systems
Knowledges of SAP system preferred
