As Operational support, you'll provide business support in all activities within the districts. Support of ENPaRT work programme and reporting as well as support in CCT, SAP, IRIS and other work systems. You'll also provide administration support to Districts operational, maintenance and investment activities including time writing and Districts management reporting KPI'sWhat you'll be doingProvide administration and management support within all areas of the business
Manage all correspondence and communication within the business
Ensure that all customer contacts are dealt with in accordance with relevant processes
Assist in the building of the weekly work programme with Districts staff and Team Leaders
Supporting the weekly and daily maintenance of the resource plan and work programme
Production and delivery of reports and management information within agreed timescales
Liaison with external suppliers and other business areas Printing and collation of information to assist in the generation of work packs
Contribute as an effective team member of Districts team.
Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.
Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on particular issues as they arise.
Comply with appropriate safety equipment as required
Work towards a zero accident culture.
What you'll bringPlanning and Organising skills
Excellent communication skills
Significant all round administrative experience
Able to operate at all levels of the business
Working knowledge of Business IT systems
Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.
Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation
Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills.
Developed Customer Service skills
Familiarity with MS suite of systems
Knowledge of the Asset Inspection System (AIS)
Knowledges of SAP system
Knowledge of Iris system
Knowledge of VPB scheduling system
Minimum CriteriaExperience in a multi-stranded project support/co-ordination role or equivalent role
PC literate - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
General knowledge of the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Businesses activities.
Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard
