Operations & Accounts Coordinator
to keep our finance ops tight, stock flowing across multiple countries, and our logistics and customer service humming.

What you'll do
Accounts & AR
Process invoices accurately and on time
Chase customers for payment
and manage aged debt; issue statements and set up payment plans where needed
Reconcile payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clean ledgers (Xero)
, track lead times, and manage inbound deliveries
Coordinate with 3PLs/warehouses; monitor stock movements, write-offs, and cycle counts
Logistics
Book and track shipments (domestic & international), prepare/verify shipping docs, and troubleshoot delivery issues
Work with couriers/freight partners to optimise cost and service
Customer Operations
Coordinate the Customer Service team
(scheduling, SLAs, escalations), ensuring quick, accurate responses
Implement and refine SOPs to improve first-contact resolution and NPS
Operations Admin & Reporting
Keep records and filing immaculate; own SKU and PO data integrity
Build simple dashboards/reports (Excel/Sheets) on stock, OTIF, returns, aged debt, and ops KPIs
Support the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks in a fast-moving environment
What you'll bring
Proven experience
in an operations/admin role covering
accounts (AR/AP), stock control, and logistics
Confident with
Microsoft Office
(especially Excel/Sheets) and
basic accounting platforms
(Xero or QuickBooks)
Strong supplier and customer communication; comfortable
chasing payments
and negotiating lead times
Super organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure; you spot problems early and fix them fast
A
process mindset
--you like creating SOPs and improving them as we scale
Bonus points: experience with 3PLs, e-commerce/retail, international shipping, and marketplace/ERP/WMS tools
