ABOUT THE ROLE
As Operations Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Operations Department. You'll be involved in everything from managing dealer network processes and service documentation to producing reports, coordinating training activity, and helping keep key systems and budgets on track.
This is a key support role that touches many parts of the business, so strong organisational skills and a proactive approach are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support dealer administration including contracts, onboarding, and service tool management
Coordinate training logistics and materials, manage online systems, and track feedback
Prepare clear, accurate reports using Excel and PowerPoint
Handle parts returns, invoicing, and recharge processes
Maintain accurate data across operational systems
Support budget tracking and reporting across the department
Organise meetings, travel, accommodation, and event logistics as needed
ABOUT YOU
Minimum
5 years' experience
in a similar administrative or operations role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using a range of IT systems and handling data
A team player who's reliable, professional, and proactive in their approach
SALARY & BENEFITS
Base salary:
25,000 - 30,000 (dependent on experience)
Annual bonus:
10% of base salary
Holiday:
23 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increases based on length of service)
