As an Operations Administrator, you'll be directly involved in supporting the firm's operations teams with a key project.

This role would suit someone with some industry experience who wants to move away from the day to day business as usual and work in a role with a more defined focus and outcomes.

What you'll do:
In this role, you'll:
Create, maintain and amend client records to ensure these reconcile against our external custodians, accurately recording progress against a change plan as part of an ongoing wider firm project.
Update internal records to reflect work in progress, and provide weekly updates to senior management.
Maintain a good knowledge of all systems.
Develop your knowledge and personal skills within Investment Operations.
Carry out any other duties as requested by Departmental or Senior Management to support the department or firm.
What we're looking for:
GCSEs grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of or interest in the financial market and financial services.
An ability to use your own initiative and adapt to change.
Good attention to detail and proven accuracy.
