We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain records, databases, and filling systems.
Schedule meetings, organize events, and take a minutes.
Handle office supplies, inventory management, and facilities.
Assist with procurement and supplier queries.
Support HR functions like employee records, holiday requests, payroll records, and inductions.
Provide excellent customer service and support, communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Enter and maintain data in various systems, review, research, and analyze data to support operational decisions.
OTHER DUTIES
May assist with accounting, reporting, and other administrative tasks
Support investigations and counseling procedures
Any other tasks as deemed reasonable by your line manager and the business

REQUIREMENTS
Education and qualifications
Educated to A level or degree standard
Skills and abilities
Team player with a flexible approach to a variety of duties.
Excellent Analytical skills
Ability to deal effectively with suppliers and customers as well as colleagues on a daily basis.
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications, in particular excel.
Attention to detail.
Proactive i.e. ability to think and plan ahead.
Determination and drive.
Ability to understand and where possible make processes more efficient.
Good Working Knowledge / Experience of
Outlook/Excel.
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage although not essential.
