Job Purpose





The Treasury Operations supports the bank's treasury activities by ensuring the accurate and timely processing, settlement, confirmation, and reconciliation of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. This role is essential in maintaining liquidity, managing operational risks.



This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual beginning a career in banking operations or treasury services.




Key Responsibilities




Assist in processing and confirming treasury transactions Support the daily cash position and liquidity monitoring activities. Prepare and reconcile daily bank account statements and reports. Ensure accurate and timely settlement of treasury payments. Assist with trade documentation, data entry, and record-keeping. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction discrepancies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal treasury policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes. Collaborate with risk, finance, and compliance teams on treasury-related matters.



Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in treasury operations, preferably in a banking environment. Strong knowledge of financial instruments and settlement procedures. Familiarity with SWIFT, RTGS, and treasury management systems. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Qualifications & Skills




Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or graduate). Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems is a plus. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
