construction aftercare services

. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage diverse responsibilities across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Aftercare Management
Oversee all post-completion services for residential and commercial construction projects.
Manage defect resolution, warranty issues, and client communication post-handover.
Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality resolutions.
Lead and manage the aftercare team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration to deliver high-quality post-construction support.
Maintain records of aftercare cases, monitor trends, and provide insights for process improvements.
Procurement
Collaborate with the contracts team to ensure alignment on procurement requirements, timelines, and compliance with project specifications.
Oversee the development and maintenance of pricing structures, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Manage the procurement process from order placement through to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
Review, process, and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery confirmations to ensure accuracy and prompt payment.
Human Resources Support
Act as the first point of contact for internal HR-related requests and queries.
Provide HR support by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and employment legislation.
Assist senior management with HR-related tasks such as coordinating recruitment processes, preparing documentation, supporting performance reviews, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Operations Support (for Separate Business Entity)
Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as scheduling, logistics, and supplier coordination.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of business services.
Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs and operational documentation.
Identify inefficiencies and suggest solutions for process optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years' experience in operations, or a similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Experience with project management tools and CRM systems.
Knowledge of HR practices and compliance preferred.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
