We are looking for an adaptable, proactive individual to fill a new role covering operations and technical support responsibilities. You will be one of a team of three within the operations & tech department so reliability, capability and communication are extremely important for this position.

This is a blended role covering technical support and operational tasks (hence great communication skills are needed), for example, logging and keeping track of incoming and outgoing replacement devices. Duties falling under the role include:

Daily dispatch of device orders and label orders Physical repair of hardware (no prior experience required) Asset/Stock management Handling delivery and support queries via live chat, phone and email Accepting deliveries Preparation of new devices (no prior tech experience required) Arranging/chasing customer returns
Although this is a manual role, a can-do attitude, reliability and adaptability will be preferred over technical skills.

Please note that this role does involve a level of physical capability including lifting and moving boxes of labels and stock.

Office hours are 9am-5pm (with an hour unpaid lunch break) and during these hours, because of the nature of a dynamic startup, some days can be intense. Outside of these hours however we fully encourage a disconnect from work.

As mentioned above, although we try to ensure an enjoyable working environment, we also have very high working standards.
