What You'll Do

This is hands-on, fast-paced operational work:

Client Coordination:

Greet walk-in customers, process device drop-offs and collections

Package Handling:

Manage incoming/outgoing mail-in repairs and BackMarket orders

Organisation:

Keep track of devices, coordinate courier collections, maintain workflows

Communication:

Update clients on repair progress, handle scheduling and logistics

Team Support:

Help keep our busy repair shop running smoothly
