About The Role Wexe2x80x99re a dynamic, fast-growing business (25% growth last year!) and we need top-tier talent to join us on that journey. We are looking for a talented and experienced person to join our global Operations team, supporting our Commercial and Research colleagues to deliver fantastic solutions to our customers. What will you be doing?
Working closely with the commercial and research teams on customer projects ensure seamless customer delivery
Advising commercial and research teams on best practices and product concerns
Support the wider operations team with day-to-day administration, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service within agreed SLAs
Manage project delivery with the help of project teams and escalate issues with the suppliers when necessary
Work with key delivery suppliers around the world, including our suppliers based in Bulgaria, India and sample providers, translation and data processing/charting agencies
Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the delivery operations process and keep instruction documents updated
You need to be this kind of person:

You need to have the following experience:
2+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Customer Operations, Account Management or Customer Success
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
Familiarity with Project Management best practices.
Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA etc) and Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
Previous administrative experience in a professional environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
