Operations & Business Development Manager, Business Chemistry (team Effectiveness), Exec & Board Programmes, Growth

London, United Kingdom

Job Description

Connect to your Industry

How groups connect, understand each other, and develop an effective working dynamic to become a high performing team, doesn\'t happen by accident. Business Chemistry is our Executive, Boards and Leadership-team system that supercharges self-awareness, situational radars and how to effectively navigate the human factor in business relationships.

Teams change, people change, the business context changes. The Business Chemistry journey is not a single event, but one of multiple touchpoints to support teams, departments and ultimately as much of the organisation as we can.

When something works, colleagues get excited, word spreads, and there is a demand for more. Our purpose is to help teams and organisations find their voice, harness their diversities and channel each person\'s superpower.

This role will support me, the Chief Chemist to run and grow the practice as a blend of operations manager, business development lead and steward of the facilitator network and North South Europe countries. If you take satisfaction in talking with teams (you\'ll see this called workshops elsewhere) to understand their challenges and help them co-create their own solutions to working more closely, this is an opportunity for you to become a master conversation coordinator.

Business Chemistry is embedded in many of our other client relationship assets/practices and will require the BC Manager to work closely with the wider Executive Board Relationships team, Account Teams, and Business Area Leads.
