RPM Event Logistics

is a specialist logistics provider to the global motorsport industry. We deliver complex, time-critical freight solutions for race teams, organisers, and partners across the world. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating import and export freight movements by air, sea, and road, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations for import and export shipments Coordinate air, sea, and road freight movements, including documentation and customs requirements Handle Dangerous Goods shipments in line with IATA/IMDG regulations Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, agents, customs authorities, and clients Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any operational issues Support logistics planning for motorsport events and time-critical movements

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in freight forwarding operations Dangerous Goods certification (IATA/IMDG/ADR) Strong knowledge of import and export procedures by air, sea, and road Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability and desire to work as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

Experience using BoxTop software Experience completing customs entries (import & export) Previous exposure to event or motorsport logistics (advantageous but not essential)
