Operations Coordinator
, you'll be responsible for:
? Uploading jobs for engineers and ensuring accurate scheduling
? Managing job uplifts and adjustments as needed
? Handling administrative tasks to support daily operations
? Assisting with occasional invoicing and documentation
? Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients
Requirements:
? Strong administrative and organisational skills
? Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
? Basic knowledge of job scheduling or willingness to learn
? Experience in invoicing or general office administration (preferred but not essential)
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills
