Your expertise in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, will be essential as you prepare and verify documents, create reports, and develop presentations for senior managers.
In this role, you will act as a central point of contact for project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, guiding visitor management, workspace allocation, and operational logistics. You will manage booking schedules, maintain accurate records, process access requests, and help keep site operations running efficiently.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage conflicting priorities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager or Personal Assistant to broaden their experience and gain insight into the largest construction project in Europe.
