Operations Co Ordinator

Job Description

Support the safe and successful delivery of offshore wind and marine projects Manage and update contracts for employees and subcontractors Assist with document control, resource planning, and procurement activities Monitor and coordinate the renewal of mandatory training and certifications Track technician competencies and ensure all qualifications are current Coordinate technician logistics in line with project schedules and requirements Manage and monitor employee holiday requests and entitlements Collaborate with HR to align operational needs across project teams Collate and process timesheets for both offshore and onshore personnel Support the implementation and oversight of the PPE management process Liaise across key departments (QHSE, Technical, Tendering, Commercial, Finance & HR) to ensure operational alignment across all aspects of project delivery

Requirements


? Experience in operations, admin or project coordination (offshore sector preferred)
? Strong organisational and multitasking skills
? Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
? Excellent communication
? A team player with a hands-on approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 1.00-2.00 per year
