About Us

We're a small family run group of companies, our work covers retail (flooring and home interiors) and other business interests -- so no two days are the same. We're now looking for a proactive, reliable Operations Coordinator to work directly with management, helping to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently day to day.

The Role

This is a varied and practical role for someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems. You'll play a key part in managing stock levels, suppliers, and warehouse operations, while also handling general coordination tasks across the business. You'll report directly to the Director and be trusted to keep things moving -- from stock and

suppliers to property and store presentation. It's a hands-on role that suits someone confident working in a small team and happy to 'get stuck in'.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

- Order and manage stock, including chasing suppliers and monitoring deliveries

- Carry out regular stock checks and quality control

- Visit the warehouse and store to ensure everything's running smoothly

- Support merchandising and in-store presentation

- Liaise with team members to make sure tasks are completed

Coordination

- Communicate with suppliers, fitters, and staff to resolve day-to-day issues

- Maintain stock systems, spreadsheets, and records accurately

- Assist with logistics and scheduling when needed

- Act as the first point of contact for operational queries

About You

- Experienced in operations, retail, and similar areas

- Comfortable working in a small business environment
