BARBRI is a leading Legal Training provider and we are looking for a reliable and driven individual to join our busy Course Delivery Team. Comprehensive on the job training will be provided, but we are seeking a highly motivated individual with a talent for organisation and team work, who is committed to enhancing our student experience.

Position Responsibilities



Ensuring accurate information is delivered to all students and trainers in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with student scheduling. Acknowledge and process any student requests and amendments accordingly. Manage the Online delivery of courses and take full responsibility for the tasks involved in these courses, including; pre-course administration; course material update; student & trainer queries; technical set up; hosting and resolving technical issues and queries during each session. Manage course costings and freelancer invoices. Communicating with students and trainers via telephone and email enquiries for all course related queries. Assisting with student engagement communication methods, i.e. SMS messages, emails, PSP messaging. Ensuring systems and student contact areas are correct and up-to-date, this may involve manual data entry tasks.

Qualifications and experience



Min. 2 years of experience in Customer Service environment Excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate at a professional level Ability to prioritise and plan work activities, using time efficiently and developing realistic action plans. Adapts easily to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. Skillful problem solver Ability to respond to common queries or complaints from customers, faculty, or members of the legal community. Ability to work well in groups and across functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Computer Skills:



To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word, Excel and presentation software and be able to effectively use the Internet and Email. Good user knowledge of ZOOM is also required.

Experience of managing or operating a LMS and CRM system and using a project management system such as Wrike is preferred.
