Our small, close-knit team is passionate about delivering exceptional care and education to children, and we need a Operations Director (Internal Job title is Managing Director) who shares this vision.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and exceptional Operations Director/Managing Director to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the operations of our organisation in the North and North West and ensure that every aspect of our service meets the highest standards of care.

The role is based within our North and North West region covering a geography of Liverpool, Oldham and Leeds so requires someone with the capacity to travel between settings.

As the MD, you will be part of the strategic backbone of our organisation, leading the operational functions while ensuring our mission and values are consistently reflected in everything we do.

You will bring your passion for excellence and experience in managing day-to-day operations, working alongside our team to implement innovative processes, enhance efficiencies, and create a seamless experience for both staff and families.

Although this location is showing as Manchester, we encourage applicants from anyone that meets our criteria and is willing to travel between the North West and Leeds.

The candidate must have a Level 3 or above in Childcare, have worked as a Nursery Manager and a Senior Operator (Regional Manager or above) for 4+ years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 65,000.00-75,000.00 per year
