You'll:
Oversee the full recruitment operations strategy for a high-growth education recruiter.
Lead, coach, and develop large, high-performing teams.
Optimise processes, data, and performance metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
Partner with senior leadership to deliver growth and efficiency.
Drive innovation across technology, compliance, and candidate experience.
You'll need:
5+ years' experience in
education recruitment
(agency side).
Proven success
leading large teams
(10+ direct / 30+ total).
Deep knowledge of education sector staffing and compliance.
Strong operational, analytical, and leadership skills.
