The Opportunity
Join an ambitious, established group as our next
Operations Director
overseeing our high-potential London and Kingston branches. With a current team of 19 in Central London and 13-14 in Kingston, you'll be tasked with rebuilding and scaling our operations back to historic highs (target: 40-50+ London headcount), driving consultant performance, and maximizing branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and grow the London and Kingston teams--supporting rapid growth (target: 30+ additional hires company-wide this year).
Set and deliver strategies to increase market share, revenues, and team capacity (London previously at 40-50 heads, currently 19).
Work closely with the national Ops Director and Managing Director to define and deliver best-in-class recruitment operations.
Identify and mentor management talent (including potential new branch managers).
Build a high-performance culture: recruiting, onboarding, and developing new consultants and managers.
Support the integration of new teams--open to bringing in high-performing senior leaders and their teams.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on future vacancies (over 35 consultant-level roles live across the UK).
Play an integral part in broader national growth and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Proven track record managing sizable recruitment teams (ideally in the education sector).
Demonstrated ability to scale teams, drive consultant performance, and improve branch profitability.
Experience with multi-branch oversight and significant headcount expansion.
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
Strategic, growth-oriented, and hands-on approach to team development.

Pay: 70,000.00-117,143.79 per year
