We're seeking an organized, tech-savvy Operations & Finance Coordinator who thrives in the fast-paced world of AI-powered luxury experiences. This London-based hybrid position is perfect for someone who gets excited about streamlining processes, loves working with cutting-edge tools, and wants to be part of something truly innovative.
What You'll Own
Financial Wizardry:
Master our bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial operations using Xero
Tech Stack Management:
Orchestrate our logistics, inventory, and supplier coordination through Shopify and EasyMRP
CRM Excellence:
Optimize our HubSpot ecosystem to enhance customer journeys and sales operations
Strategic Support:
Partner with founders and Brand Ambassadors to drive the business forward
Process Innovation:
Identify and implement workflow improvements across our digital infrastructure
Communication Hub:
Coordinate meetings, documentation, and keep our team connected
Problem Solver:
Be the go-to person for troubleshooting across our finance and operations platforms
You're Perfect If You Have
Experience with finance admin/bookkeeping (Xero or similar)
Exceptional organization and time-management abilities
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Shopify, or similar platforms
A quick-learning mindset and ability to work autonomously
Strong communication skills and comfort with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace)
Based in or able to commute to London (South Kensington)
