About the Role



We are a growing business looking for a reliable and organised

Operations & Finance Support Coordinator

to support day-to-day office and finance activities.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of the business. You will support finance processes, assist with operational tasks, and provide cover for colleagues during periods of leave, helping to ensure continuity across the team.

Key Responsibilities



Finance & Accounts Support



Processing supplier bills Posting and approving invoices in

Xero

Prepare

draft sales invoices for review

Investigating and locating missing invoices linked to supplier payments Assisting with

supplier statement checks and reconciliations

Supporting month-end preparation

Operations & Office Support



Producing

quotes

based on client requirements Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries Providing cover for team members during leave periods Maintaining accurate records and supporting general office tasks

About You



Essential



Experience in an

accounts support, finance & admin, or operations role

Comfortable working with accounting systems (Xero preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Confident working independently and as part of a team Good communicator and team player

Desirable



Experience using

Xero

software Experience assisting with month-end reconciliations Background in a small or medium-sized business
