E-commerce Operations & Fulfillment Executive

to manage and execute the core logistics and supply chain activities that keep our products available to consumers across the globe.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with supply chain processes, is comfortable working across systems and carriers, and is proactive in anticipating and solving logistical challenges.

Key responsibilities



Inventory Replenishment & Planning



Monitor inventory levels across our 3PL warehouses and Amazon FBA Create and manage stock replenishment plans to avoid overstocking or stockouts, considering the BBEs of our products and balancing it with the demand of other regions & sales channels Liaise with the commercial team & align replenishment plans with the commercial strategy, sales forecasts, and promotional activity, to ensure product availability supports revenue goals without overstocking

Order Processing & Fulfillment



Oversee daily order processing workflows and prioritise orders and shipments according to transit times and business needs Create accurate FBA replenishment plans and process vendor POs in a timely manner Maintain compliance with Amazon's prep, labeling and shipping requirements and make sure that our external fulfilment partners understand and follow these guidelines Monitor FBA inventory health status on Seller, as well as operational performance on Vendor Address shipping errors, lost packages, and customer delivery issues Address any operational chargebacks on Vendor and shipment problems on Seller. Liaise with Seller Investigators for any questions or issues regarding the dispute of shortages Continuously identify improvement opportunities, contributing to operational efficiency

International & Domestic Shipments



Manage international freight shipments (sea and air freight), including preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation Liaise with 3PLs to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, making sure that received stock is recorded accurately Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to proactively resolve any import, clearance, or documentation issues that may arise during international shipments Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to warehouses and fulfillment centers

Required skills and competencies



Educated to A levels Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar office-based role, in e-commerce operations, supply chain, and/or logistics. Experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA workflow) and/or Vendor is ideal, but not required Strong understanding of order fulfillment, shipping documentation, and international logistics Excellent IT, Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, inventory tracking) Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Hours and compensation



Up to 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours 28,000-34,000 pro rata, depending on experience Discretionary bonus Private Medical Insurance Igennus health supplements annual allowance Company pension scheme Holiday allowance that increases with length of service Work location: In person, with a hybrid working (work-from-home) arrangement of 1 day per week
