The Role





We are seeking an intellectually curious and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our London team. This person will work directly with members of our deal team to build out our acquisition pipeline. This internship is ideal for individuals in the final years of their university studies or recent graduates who have relevant experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or banking. Experience working in a software company is a plus.

What You'll Do



Support day-to-day operations across companies onboarding, integration, reporting, finance ops, and internal systems setup Help improve processes, automate workflows, and upgrade internal documentation for scale Work with leads across GTM, finance, people, and data on central platform initiatives Prepare materials and updates for leadership reviews, investor reporting, and internal communications Dive into new tools, workflows, or vendors; synthesize insights and support rollout and adoption Jump into whatever matters most - from strategic initiatives to solving urgent ops problems across teams Assist Aries' portfolio companies in executing business development, sales, and operational projects Help identify shared needs and playbook opportunities across the group to unlock compounding value

What We're Looking For



Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Prior internships in start-ups, investment banking, PE/VC or management consulting Clear and structured communicator with strong written and verbal skills; highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys diving deep into software categories; proactive team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
