We're a growing operations and fulfilment business working mainly with food brands. Things move fast, plans change, and problems need fixing properly -- not passed around.

We're hiring an

Operations & Key Account Assistant

to support the Operations Manager and help keep day-to-day operations, customer accounts and custom projects running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who's already worked in an operational environment and wants more responsibility, not just a title.

What you'll actually be doing

Supporting daily warehouse and fulfilment operations Working closely with the Operations Manager to keep everything running to plan Managing and supporting customer accounts on an ongoing basis Helping develop accounts by improving processes, setups and ways of working Coordinating custom customer projects (new launches, changes, bespoke requirements) Using operational systems daily -- WMS, order systems, spreadsheets, internal and external tools Spotting issues early and fixing them before they escalate Communicating clearly with customers and the internal team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an operational role

(warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, FMCG or similar) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong problem solver -- you don't wait to be told there's an issue Confident using systems and data; Excel or similar tools are second nature Clear communicator who can work across teams and with customers Organised, reliable, and willing to take ownership
Experience in food or FMCG is a plus, but not essential. Attitude and operational common sense matter more.
