In this role, you will involved in the implementation of a new resource and project management tool for use throughout the ePS Print Services team. Allied to this you will be responsible for managing escalations arising during the implementation of ePS ERP solutions enabling our customers to achieve their business objectives and operational results. This will include but not be limited to stakeholder and customer relationship management, aligning with customer strategy, policy and procedures, product customizations and scope management, team leadership, financial management, partnering with the customer to advise and guide on change management issues and identifying ePS PMO process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Take an active role in the implementation of a new resource/project management tool within the Print ePS Services team
Oversee continuous improvements and use of the tool
Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Manage Change Management in the Services team
Manage the Delivery Gate Reviews to ensure project compliance to project deployment methodology
Confirm all projects have Key Performance Indicators established and baselined
Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning to align projects with strategic business objectives and available resources.
Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project delivery, ensuring proactive problem resolution.
Prepare Statements of Work for Tharstern opportunities
Act as the primary point of escalation for EMEA mid-market (Pace, GamSys and Tharstern) projects.
