Job Title: Operations & Logistics Coordinator - Mobility Furniture

Salary: 30,000-35,000 (dependent on experience)

Location: Office and field-based with travel required | Some weekend availability necessary.

We're growing our team and are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to join us as an Operations & Logistics Coordinator in the mobility furniture industry. This is a key role within our business, supporting day-to-day operations with a hands-on and adaptable approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate logistics and deliveries of mobility furniture, ensuring timely and professional service to our customers. Liaise directly with our factories and suppliers, tracking orders and ensuring clear communication across the supply chain. Work across departments to support production, sales, and customer service with operational efficiency. Carry out field-based deliveries and site visits, maintaining our high standards of customer care and product setup. Weekend availability is essential to support customer needs and business demands. Provide general support across various business areas with a flexible and can-do attitude.

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles - ideally in a product or service-based business. Knowledge or experience within the mobility furniture industry is highly desirable. Strong organisational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative to solve problems. Full UK driving licence (essential). Physically capable of handling and delivering large furniture items where required.
