We're looking for a motivated and organised Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join the Newcode Partnership team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our service, stock, and logistics running smoothly day to day.
This position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with operational coordination -- ensuring our engineers, customers, and stock all stay one step ahead. You'll manage daily stock control, prepare and dispatch orders, and support the scheduling of our engineering team to keep projects moving efficiently.
It's a varied and fast-paced role where attention to detail, good communication, and accountability are key.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Logistics
Take ownership of all stock movements -- goods in, goods out, and inventory accuracy.
Pick, pack, and dispatch printers, parts, and consumables for engineer jobs and customer deliveries.
Prepare service kits and equipment ahead of installations and maintenance visits.
Liaise with suppliers and couriers to coordinate collections and deliveries.
Keep warehouse areas organised, labelled, and well-maintained.
Conduct regular stock checks, report shortages, and assist with reordering.
Provide regular stock and dispatch updates to the Operations Manager
Operational Coordination
Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan and schedule engineers' workloads.
Monitor engineer locations, job progress, and availability using internal systems.
Communicate directly with engineers to ensure they have the correct stock and job information before site visits.
Update daily trackers, service logs, and operational reports to keep information current and accurate.
Assist with the coordination of customer deliveries, installations, and service visits to ensure seamless operations.
Administrative Support
Process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and expense claims.
Maintain accurate and well-organised records of stock levels, service activity, and supplier information.
Support the Operations Manager in producing performance updates and operational summaries.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline stock and service processes.
About You
Highly organised, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
Hands-on and practical, with good problem-solving skills.
Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland -- able to plan routes and understand travel times for engineers and deliveries.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communicator, confident liaising with engineers, suppliers, and internal teams.
IT-literate (Excel and general computer skills required; training provided)
Full UK driving licence is preferred.
