As an

Operations Manager

at Rexel, you will oversee warehouse, customer service, and training teams, ensuring seamless logistics support for our branch network and digital services.


This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering a skilled and engaged workforce, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive a high-performance culture focused on productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all operations. Provide strategic direction and oversight for warehouse and customer service operations, ensuring efficient end-to-end processes and exceeding KPIs. Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and future-proofing operations to meet evolving customer and business needs. Cultivate a safety-conscious and skilled workforce by championing health and safety practices and fostering professional growth. Lead initiatives to identify and address root causes of operational challenges, embedding a mindset of continuous improvement. Contribute to business projects and the development of systems, processes, and budgets to enhance logistics and supply chain effectiveness.

What we are looking for:



Solid & Proven experience within Warehouse/Operational management In-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions. Strong communication skills to engage across multiple levels and build collaborative relationships. A commitment to fostering a safety-conscious and skilled workforce. Experience in driving continuous improvement and innovation within logistics and supply chain operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
