Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of a 5 star, 5 chair private dental practice. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to drive financial growth while maintaining clinical and service excellence. A competitive base salary plus performance-related bonus scheme is offered.

About the role

This is a senior leadership position, working closely with the Practice Owner. You will:

Lead the team day-to-day, ensuring consistent standards across all areas. Drive diary growth and maximise chair utilisation. Monitor key performance indicators and deliver financial targets. Support marketing and patient journey initiatives to attract and retain patients. Ensure practice policies and compliance standards are followed.

What we're looking for

Proven management experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or dental practice. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Commercial awareness and financial acumen. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A track record of improving performance and driving results. Formal management qualification (e.g. ILM Level 5, CMI Diploma, business management degree).
(Dental or healthcare background is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.)

Competitive base salary: 35,000-45,000 base salary depending on experience. Performance-related bonus scheme, linked to:
