Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across all departments. Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company objectives. Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively to meet operational goals. Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and professional development.

Skills

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset for operational improvement. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making processes. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in use of Microsoft Excel And Salesforce CRM is preferred Knowledge of industry best practices in operations management is preferred. Ability to adapt to changing environments while maintaining focus on organisational goals.
