We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager / Business Integrator to work directly with the Director and help turn ideas into fully functioning systems. This role is ideal for someone who excels at structure, planning, and execution. Construction experience is not required. The main objective is to take the Director's ideas, create the processes, and ensure they are implemented successfully.

Key Responsibilities
Systems and Process Development
Build and document operational systems for all divisions.
Create workflows, templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
Improve efficiency and ensure consistency across the organisation.
Establish scalable processes that support future growth.
Idea Implementation
Translate the Director's ideas into actionable plans.
Break large objectives into clear, achievable steps.
Track progress and ensure tasks are completed.
Prevent projects from stalling or falling behind.
Project Coordination
Manage multiple ongoing business initiatives.
Maintain communication across departments.
Ensure alignment between design, project management, operations, and sales functions.
Monitor deadlines and maintain momentum on all active projects.
Team and Internal Communication
Liaise between the Director and the wider team.
Allocate tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
Provide updates, reports, and structured feedback.
Help maintain a high level of organisation across the business.
Business Growth Support
Assist in building onboarding systems for trade partners, franchisees, and kitchen designers.
Improve lead handling processes, sales workflows, and administrative procedures.
Support the development of new services, systems, and product offerings.
Contribute to the long-term strategic infrastructure of the business.

Location / Working Arrangement This role is hybrid. Most responsibilities can be completed remotely, however the successful candidate must be able to work from our Manchester location at least twice per week for planning, collaboration and operational oversight. Candidates must be within reasonable travelling distance.
