As the Operations Manager, you'll lead by example, fostering best practices and developing a dynamic, motivated, and skilled operational team, all while ensuring optimal efficiency and complete audit adherence through diligent compliance management.
As part of your key responsibilities you'll:
Be responsible for all elements of operational management across the sites
Lead operational teams and support the operation in meeting and exceeding our KPI's, ensuring that our operational performance meets business targets and clients' expectations
Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations, environmental, and quality standards
Support operational project scoping, planning, costing, and security activities
Drive efficiency within the warehouse, including space and layout
Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues, fostering continuous improvement and effective communication
Provide subject matter expertise to support the business in operational delivery and service to meet client expectations
Deliver supply chain improvements and reduced costs through utilisation of the Unipart Way principles and tools
Deliver operational and customer service excellence through innovation, continuous improvement, effective process management and effective leadership
Lead a team of people capable of implementing tactical and strategic projects that will reduce the overall cost of the client's supply chain
Lead a team of people and ensure that a culture of employee engagement is embedded within own teams and their reports
About You

Experience within the utilities sector
