DJ Geraghty Construction & Maintenance Ltd is a family-run business specialising in heritage roofing, lime mortar repointing, extensions, and full build management.

In just three years we've built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, accountability, and premium service across the Calder Valley.

We're now looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of project delivery and help us scale further.

The Role

Plan and oversee roofing, lime, and building projects. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure reliability and quality. Act as the day-to-day contact for clients during projects. Implement systems to streamline scheduling, reporting, and invoicing. Use and direct AI-powered tools to reduce paperwork and speed up workflows. Provide concise project dashboards and updates to the MD.

What We're Looking For

Experience in construction operations, contracts management, or project delivery. Strong organisation and communication skills. Confidence managing subcontractors and multiple projects at once. Tech-savvy and willing to embrace AI and automation tools. A detail-driven and ambitious approach.
