45,000-55,000 per annum + Performance Bonus + Company Vehicle

Multi-site facilities or cleaning contracts

What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day



This is a hands-on operational management role, centred around:

Daily Operations & Project Coordination

Overseeing Facilities, Cleaning & Industrial & Maintenance Services

Scheduling labour, organising resources, and ensuring jobs run smoothly

Carrying out site inspections and preparing job plans or RAMS

Supervising high-level access work (MEWPs, roof cleaning, window cleaning etc.)

Working Close with Management Team to deliver Great Service

Team Management

Leading, instructing, and supporting multi-skilled teams

Ensuring staff are trained, briefed, competent, and safe

Managing performance and maintaining a productive working culture

Safety & Compliance

Following established safety procedures and ensuring the team follows

Keeping documentation accurate and up to date

Ensuring work is compliant with client and industry requirements

Planning & Organisation

Managing equipment, consumables, and specialist supplies

Tracking hours, job progress, and budgets

Keeping the division organised and running efficiently

Essential Criteria



3+ years' experience in operations, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Industrial Cleaning or Industrial Services

Strong organisational and planning skills - able to manage multiple jobs at once

Experience supervising staff, contractors, or multi-site teams

Understanding of risk assessments and safe working practices

Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues

Flexibility with working hours during busy periods

IOSH/NEBOSH (desirable; training provided if required)

Full Clean UK Driving Licence
