Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an operations Manager to join our passionate and driven team based in London.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Security, including the hiring, supervision, training of security staff.

Reviewing and doing risk assessments.

Reviewing client requirements and implementing improvement.

Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures.

Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.

Site Inspections, audits and incident investigation

Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.

Meet potential client by growing, maintaining the network.

Requirement:

Applicant must have the right to work in the UK

Hold a valid SIA Licence.

Previous experience in similar role

Strong leadership and communication skills

IT and Computer Literate

Supervisory/management 2+ years' experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00 per year
