Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of food service, customer satisfaction, and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and profitability while maintaining our high standards of customer service and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer experience.
2. Lead and motivate the team and kitchen staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
4. Monitor inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and waste reduction.
5. Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
6. Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
8. Collaborate with the chef/kitchen team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and consistency.
9. Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
10. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
