Operations Manager

to oversee and elevate our Manchester Venue

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate venue installations, ensuring timely delivery, unit placement, and stock management Oversee logistics, compliance, and operational planning Manage and mentor installation teams, upholding brand standards and conduct policies Liaise with venue contacts and partners to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies Support proposal drafting, access planning
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in venue services Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and teams with precision and professionalism Familiarity with UK compliance standards and health & safety regulations Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality outcomes
