Job Description

TCi (GB) Ltd provides commercial & industrial new-build construction, interior fit-out & refurbishment, office and welfare furniture supply and installation. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Operations Manager to work within the TCi management team at Sizewell C.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead on all project related Supply and Operations Lead, direct and manage service and business operations across the project Contribute toward the achievement of TCi's strategic and operational objectives Production and implementation of operational work plans and budgets Recruitment and management of staff and resources to achieve required service response, quality and cost performance indicators Management and monitoring of budgets including analysis, reporting and action on variances Development and oversight of staff appraisal and supervision systems and in line with required competencies Ensure that all jobs are dealt with in a cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements Perform quality controls and monitor KPI's Responsible for managing HS&E across all operations under direct control Responsible for management of associated project warehousing and stock

Requirements:

Proven work experience as Operations Manager Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management Project management skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines Full UK Driving Licence Ability to pass D&A Testing and BPSS Vetting Right to work in the UK
