The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to take the lead in the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. From ensuring safe, timely services to driving operational improvements, you'll be the go-to person connecting our transport partners, internal teams, and school clients.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing daily operations, liaising with transport providers to ensure seamless, reliable services. Monitoring performance and implementing improvements to deliver best-in-class service. Managing compliance, documentation, and contracts to meet all regulatory standards. Collaborating across teams: Partner with Customer Success to deliver exceptional client service. Work with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and smooth payment processes. Support the Live Ops Team to quickly resolve issues and embed learnings. Coordinate with the Sports Team on bookings, live support, and weekly reporting. Reporting performance updates, risks, and opportunities to the Head of Operations.

What we're looking for

Solid experience in operations management -- ideally within transport, logistics, or service delivery. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset. A team player with a can-do attitude.
