Are you an experienced Operations Manager? If so, we'd love you to join our team and oversee the running of our 12 healthcare sites for one of our key clients in the North London and Brighton areas

What you'll be doing...

As an Operations Manager you will proactively manage teams in multiple sites as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting Site Managers to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

Motivating and managing a team within multiple sites Controlling and managing a budget creating a platform for financial growth Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence, retain business and innovative menu planning Plan, lead and deliver effective mobilisation/demobilisation of contracts, co-ordinating with relevant support functions Looking after sites in the North London and Brighton area

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Flexibility for some weekend working will be required

Proven experience of successfully managing multiple-sites and teams and working with external clients Genuine interest in customer service excellence A strong team player, inspiring and motivating to large teams Previous experience managing multiple sites, contract catering desirable
