Key Responsibilities
Ensure governance and compliance with Ofsted regulations and national care standards.
Lead, support, and guide Registered Managers to deliver high-quality, child-focused care.
Oversee safeguarding policies and ensure they are effectively implemented.
Drive continuous improvement and best practice across all homes.
Manage regulatory inspections to maintain good or outstanding Ofsted ratings.
Oversee budgets, resources, and staffing to maintain efficiency.
Collaborate with local authorities, social workers, and regulatory bodies.
Lead staff development, training, and performance management.
About You
Proven senior leadership experience within children's residential services.
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
Experience managing budgets, resources, and ensuring compliance.
