We're currently looking for an Operations Manager but not just anyone. We are looking
for someone with the right heart. Someone who:

Isn't afraid to get their hands dirty whether that's organizing church events,
solving logistical challenges, or supporting the team however needed
What the Role Involves
While the full job description is more detailed, here's a snapshot of what you'll be
involved in:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the church (administration, logistics,
scheduling, etc.)
Helping events and ministries run smoothly behind the scenes
Coordinating resources, facilities, volunteers, and vendors
Implementing processes to improve communication and efficiency
Assisting with costs control working to a budget, planning, and other practical
matters
Being a go-to person for "How do we get this done?"
You'll be working closely with our pastoral team, ministry leaders, and volunteers
so good people skills, flexibility, and a can-do attitude are essential.
What We're Looking For
We're not necessarily seeking someone with decades of experience. What matters most
is your heart, but there are a few key qualities that will help you succeed in this role.
Basic business or organisational acumen (you understand systems, are
comfortable with emails, spreadsheets, planning, etc.)
A servant leader mindset you're happy to lead and also happy to support
Willingness to learn on the job and take initiative
A good communicator who is organised and reliable
A team player who can handle challenges with grace
